Well I set my clock back last night before going to bed and enjoyed that extra hour of rest. today is quite sunny and warm with the temp currently at 82F. With the time change I am not looking forward to seeing the sun set at 4:58 and it being dark before 6pm> It seems to take longer when time falls back han spring forward to get use to the change and it being dark so soon. But it is only for 18 weeks til we spring forward again on the second Sunday in March and get the extra so called hour back in the evening time' Almost can't wait except for that lost hour of sleep .

I really hate turning the clock back, I miss the late afternoon sun.

At least standard time only lasts for about 18 weeks since they move up the start time from April and we go to the first Sunday i November instead of the last one in October

@Elizaby Yes and the days are longer in Florida than in CT so that is something I appreciate when I am there.

When you put it that way, 18 weeks, which is 4.5 months, it isn't so bad.

The change doesn't affect me, but give me longer sunlight any time of year!

It was nice seeing daylight this morning when I left the Y. I haven't seen daylight in a couple months now.

After the first day, my system usually gets adjusted quickly. I just wish they'd leave our time alone, completely.
