Nov 7= Dinner with snowpeas / myLot

Yesterday we had vegetarian meal for dinner. My teen said that we had been having chicken meals daily and she wants to go veggie for a day, I said

So, I did stir fry a packet of sNiw peas with carrot sticks and tofu cubes mixed with vegetarian oyster sauce . Everyone gave a thumbs up , I was happy that the sNow peas were gone in minutes. Hardly had any compliments when cooking veggies. So what veggies recipe for you prefer? Sorry my lot gaVe timeout error when I tried to add my snowpeas picture

yes, right now, the site here with me is somewhat erratic but i want to make the most out of it today; i think we will have duty tomorrow. i am always eating vegetables now, but not the green leafy ones. i ate black-eyed beans, and the local dish 'kare-kare'.

I had to delete my discussion, log out, and then log back in and type it over again. It was discouraging, but sometimes it's hard to submit things on My Lot:(

@peachpurple I get discouraged at times, when the site keeps acting up. Today, I had problems here again.
