Some of you know Sunday was my weigh in for the third month. Even I can see the difference between the two pictures, and I didn't think there was one, until I put the pictures together just now. I lost 4 pounds last month, which brings me to a grand total of 18 pounds. Next month I should be down a full 20 pounds since I started on the Whole30 in August. My next weigh in is December 6. That's on a Wednesday. Today being the seventh of the month, NaNo has been going on for a full week now. The idea is to write 50,000 words in 30 days. My grand total for seven days is 18,064. I planned to write a little more tonight, but it will need to wait until tomorrow as I really need to get to bed. I want to go to the pool tomorrow, God willing. I didn't make it this morning because I was up late, but I was also up early enough to go to the pool, however, a nosebleed stopped that idea. So hopefully I won't have another nosebleed tomorrow morning. I had to get out of the whirlpool/hot tub yesterday because I got a nosebleed. I'm really getting upset about them. I know it's the Xarelto I'm on that's causing them, because I never had them before I started on the blood thinner for the blood clot. I have one more month on the blood thinner, and hopefully then the nosebleeds will be history. I hope your day/night has been a good one. I will be back tomorrow morning. Thanks for reading. My friend took the picture of me tonight at Writer's Guild.

When I was a kid, I got nose bleeds but aspirin was causing them. I was taking too much aspirin when I had a fever due to a cold. I seldom get nose bleeds so hopefully you too will stop having them when you are finally off the Xarelto. Good luck with the continued weight loss program.

@SIMPLYD A lot of people have told me the same thing, they would have a hard time doing the diet. For me it has been easy, and I'm doing very well on it. Thank you. I'll be halfway through the challenge today as I'm at 24K +.

You are looking fantastic and really doing good on your diet. Weight now comes off slowly and that is good because they say it will be harder to put on when you go off the diet. I think that you love this diet so much you'll more than likely stick with it even after you have lost the weight you want to loose. Good luck and I can see a difference. You are looking really good.
