why are people so heartless

For the last six months, I have dealt with a lady who has so much negative energy. She says all the wrong things about people just to see them down. She believes that she's got it all to even go after people's boyfriends.. Have you met such people? Howvdo you deal with them?

I have met such people and learnt most of them have an inferiority complex. They just are looking for attention.

Those kinds of people are not happy with their lives, because they only tend to say negative things to people where in fact they are just insecure.

Yes, maybe she has a kind of trauma or something that hurt her, I recommend to be patient and try to be sympathetic
