This was one of my favorite things when I was a kid and sometimes I go backward and make it a favorite as a adult. Sometimes I believe its easier and these tv dinners are so good its almost like a home cooked How many people indulged or would indulged in there good stuff or how many people would think this would be nasty.

I do not eat these - I prefer fresh food and produce but I know a lot of folks who do.

Sometimes they are fast and easy. They are good in a pinch.

"Indulge" ... it seems like 'TV dinners' are the only thing I have now-a-days, and gladly! Seems like a 'rare treat' to have a meal that takes more than half an hour to prepare (I would say 'waste of time,' but the "long time to prepare"-meals are usually for 'company' (friends & relatives joining us for dinner) ... that, and I'm usually one of the guests that someone else is cooking-for.) And ... actually, it's been a little while since I've had "a TV-dinner" like that; but my usual food is 'from the frozen dinner section' ... Hot Pockets for dinner, Jimmy Dean- or frozen burrito-breakfast, old take-out from McDonald's or Pizza Hut. (and I make sure I get 'the needed nutrients' ... sometimes by adding some canned-vegetables & beans before I start the microwave)

Hungry mam dinners are so good but so expensive. But we do buy them as a treat every once in awhile.

I have had them at times but nothing can compare to home cooked meals.

They are good for a quick meal when you don't feel like cooking. I usually have some in my freezer for those days.
