What is this woman's problem?

Is she really crazy, or on some sort of drug, or was she just trying to get attention? After reading the news story that I have attached below I am wondering which of the three it is.
A woman walked into a Taco Bell and demanded french fries. She wouldn't believe it when people told her she was at TB and not Burger King, and said they were being racist because they wouldn't serve her fries.
So what are your thoughts?

I used to work at a Taco Bell, and encountered things like this occasionally. People wouldn't pay attention to which fast food joint they were at and get really angry when we told them that we didn't serve french fries or burgers or pizza, or what-have-you.
However, the fact that somebody was filming it when she went up to the counter indicates that this is staged and she is just another fool trying to go viral.

@thislittlepennyearns But they started filming before the cashier had even greeted her, which is why it seems fake. Like they were already filming right as she was walking up to the counter.

The woman was something else. Maybe she was on something so that is why she got mixed as to going to the wrong fast food place. Or she said the racist part because she was embarrassed.
