Finally it seems that spring wants to stay here. The sun shines, flowers open and I am happy.
We are all going to work a lot in the morning. Leticia will make her awesome seafood empanadas and Lely wants to learn how to make the dough.
I will be talking to them, seated in the kitchen and being hostess just in case they want to have a cup of coffee
Empanadas are not something that I could make in competition with Leticia. She will always win.
After a while I´ll mylot and help setting the table and the like. The kitchen is theirs.

@Kandae11 They are delicious. And Leticia makes an awesome thin dough that even Lely who knows a lot of things, wants to learn to do. They just threw me out of the kitchen so I came here

Sound like a very good day. I might go out today with my mom to do shopping. I will also help in doing household chores and do some tasks regarding my work at school. I am also thinking of blogging and studying a foreign language.

We have our own version of empanadas.But those are more often with chicken or vegetable fillings.Never came across seafood ones.Hope you enjoyed the empanadas.Have a nice weekend.
