Nov 11= Why am I feeling so tired?

I slept late yesterday night, 3am in the morning after my lot. I don't sleep late on weekdays , only weekends. I woke up at 11am, 8 hours of sleep is sufficient but I feel so tired and sleepy. I couldn't keep my eyes open and kept yawning non stop. I search online, some say it is due to anxiety, insomnia or stress. What do you think? Oh yes , I have backaches too.

I always found if my regular sleep schedule was interrupted by waking up later than normal, I was tired for the entire day.

Sometimes too much sleep can affect you. Stress is the most likely cause.

I hope you are not getting sleepless nights too often. Sometimes its okay. May be because of tiredness. But regular sleepless nights needs to be checked.

Stress can drain you out and cause tiredness. I usually drink herb teas to quiet the nerves. For backaches, an electric heating pad helps a lot. Hope you feel better soon, take care.

Maybe you need to have your health check with their doctors. Maybe they have a better say, it's not just sleep anymore.

I always feel refreshed after sleeping from nine or ten p.m. to six a.m.. Night rest is best, I never stay up all night.

Maybe you are not use to this sleeping pattern, sleeping at 3AM and waking at 11am.

Wow that's really late. I find it hard to stay awake after midnight, even on weekends. Maybe it's the irregular sleep hours that made you feel tired?
