Thankful to be at home last night

For some reason I had a lot of back and leg pain last night, by the time I got home from work. It could be any number of things, but quite possibly was the shoes I chose to wear.
I made a quick supper, dealt with some phone calls, which will be the topic of another post, and then took a muscle relaxer.
So, last night, I went to bed and slept and was not here. I knew you would be here today, and we could catch up.

@TiarasOceanView, A bed is so comforting sometimes, and sometimes can be so "annoying".

Poor thing, do you have insoles in your shoes? At least you were able to rest a bit. I hope you are doing better!

I have some good insoles, just not in those shoes. They just do not seem to work well for an entire day.

@DesirousDreamer I have one pair of insoles that are rigid that cost $250 over 15 years ago. I have read recently that those are bad for your knees, though.

It always makes me sleepy and then if I am having a lot of muscle spasms that cause pain it is helpful. Sometimes taking the kids to the pool and using my muscles in a different way makes them tie up in knots.

These have a very slight heal, and they do not tie up.
