A story that has a good ending is from Randolph County in North Carolina when Mary Brown, 81, who is suffering from dementia was reported missing on Sunday near her home. Randolph County Officer Adam Krolfifer who was the pilot of the drone was able to locate Mary as she walking inside a cornfield about 25 minutes later. Two police officers from the Randolph County Sheriff's Office approached Mary as soon as the drone located her. Randolph County is using drones to locate missing persons or chase down criminals in the last two months as a way to help the police do their work of guardianship of the city in an efficient manner.

Drones can be used for good purposes, but in the wrong hands, they become dangerous.

That is true since they can be used to spy or harm us.

I agree with @JohnRoberts. Finally they've found a sensible use for drones.

@Deepizzaguy You can understand how useful they'd be finding someone in a cornfield.
