Beware of Painful Cap'n Crunch Mouth

I do like Cap'n Crunch cereal because I have a sweet tooth. It pains me to say that I have not had a box of Cap'n Crunch cereal to enjoy in years. Cap'n Crunch cereal tastes like a dessert to me, and it definitely satisfies my sweet tooth. I cannot stand milk, and that means I have always eaten Cap'n Crunch right out of the box. For those who eat far too much Cap'n Crunch in one sitting, they must be prepared for developing painful Cap'n Crunch Mouth. Since Cap'n Crunch morsels are crispy as can be, and also quite porous, those morsels can shred the roof of one's mouth. Even adding milk to a bowl filled with Cap'n Crunch does not always protect against Cap'n Crunch Mouth. It takes about 8 hours for Cap'n Crunch Mouth to heal. For those healing from Cap'n Crunch Mouth, they can take comfort in the fact that Cap'n Crunch offers seven essential vitamins and minerals. Oh joy! Cap’n Crunch’s full name is Horatio Magellan Crunch, and I must say, Cap'n Crunch does wear a snazzy uniform.
A dumb ass kids video. A news braodcast of the debate: Captain Crunch DOES cut the roof of your mouth. we were all having a bad hair day. don't hate. TROLLIN...

I've got two huge boxes of Cap'n Crunch in my pantry right now, as it is one of my most favorite cereals!

Yes, I've had Cap'n Crunch mouth before and it's not fun. Other crispy cold cereals do the exact same thing!:(

Yes, there are a few others that do make for a painful mouth. Cookie Crisps, one I have not tried, can do damage to the mouth.

It may be that your "Cap'n Crunch", almost the equivalent, of the Italians "Corn Flakes", but I'm not sure. Certainty, both, are cereal

Cap'n Crunch is a very sweet cereal, that is why I like to eat it out of the box. It is a bit different than corn flakes. I do not like milk, so I eat it out of the box.

@ElusiveButterfly Oh, so sorry those peanuts cause you trouble. After writing this discussion about Cap'n Crunch, I am really craving it. Maybe I will declare an ordinary day a holiday and buy me a box of that cereal.
