OMG! I Did It Again

I am beginning to get back to my life and that means working on one of my unfinished books and cooking meals from scratch. I wanted a dessert but not the usual so I went to the pantry and looked around, I seen it, pineapple. I wont publish it here but it was pineapple coconut squares, soft inside and a little crunchy on bottom. This is a masterpiece! I know some people like different foods but this one passed the Tony test and he is a hard one, he will say yuck in a flat second. I am so happy, I did not break my arm patting myself on the back Now I must name it and print it. Ever invent desserts?

@andriaperry it it depends on the desert. Creme brulee, absolutely. Some plain cheesecake, yes. Other than that I'm not a big dessert eater. I'd rather have an orange or an apple or Melon.

@CoralLevang Cheesecake! YES and I like mine plain. I bake my own, New York style, usually for Christmas. I am not crazy about Creme burlee. I love honeydew and watermelon, so yes this is dessert to me as well.

Sadly I couldn't eat it. Allergic to coconut.

Omit the coconut and add almond extract, most people do not know Almonds can be a sub for coconut.

I'm not a pineapple fan but it does sound good. I'm glad Tony enjoyed it also that's a plus.

See that is why I cook a wide variety of foods, and write the recipe down, not everyone likes the same food.

@andriaperry Exactly. I always find new recipes and save them. I only have time to cook on the weekends as i work every day til 8pm so it's hard to cook late at night.

I like pineapples very much. They taste very good. I do not about the dish you have prepared. Anyhow, it seems to be quite tasty and nice to eat. Can you give me the preparation?
