Does anyone here know what a head lamp article is?

I've googled it but what comes up is about headlights! 
I'm trying my hand at taskmasters.io, and I have to use 2coins to open the project, I don't want to open it and lose my coins and realize I don't know what to write or do! I would really appreciate the help...
Is anyone here a member there too? I'm not trying to refer anyone, I'm no good at doing that! Most of the times I end up turning a potential referral off

hopefully someone here knows, haha, yes I really wouldn't want to lose my coins because it would already equal to a 3d dollar project, so I don't want to let it go to waste

it's okay, but I'm hoping someone here knows though....maybe someone from my country too, cz I think they are based here in the Philippines...

no, it really says head lamp article but I think I’ll have to open the project to see what it is...hehe
