Creedence Clearwater Revival . Nothing but a BAD MOON RISING.
There are not that many bands that played this type of sound. It was at the time, rock and roll with a special flavor all it's own. For some reason I just had to give you a link to the YouTube of the song Bad Moon Rising. It seems appropriate for this day and age.

It is good that you enjoyed that fantastic rock group. I will now and then, play their music for a change of pace. The songs they sang still provide enjoyment to me.
