How Many Hours of Sleep Do You Get?

Canada
November 15, 2017 12:49am CST
I get about 4-5 hours of sleep per day, on average. I think it is enough for me, although I think I should get at least 6 hours of sleep. How many hours of sleep do you get? Are you satisfied with the amount?

I usually sleep 3-5 hours, just depends on the night. It's not enough, I'm exhausted but I'm mommy so it's just the way it is.

I wake up at 7am and go to sleep usually around 10:30 pm or 11 pm. I am tired but I think it is enough sleep.

So, do you get about 7-8 hours of sleep a day? I think that's not bad.

I used to have that problem. Chamomile tea really helped me to sleep. But, don't try that tea without consulting doctor. That tea doesn't suit everyone.

4-5 hours is not enough for me. I have to at least get 6 hours of sleep every night otherwise I'll get very tired during the day.
