High season for online writers

I have been writing articles online but I have never known where the high season lies. Some people are saying we are in the high season but I do not see any work flow. The question is, is it the high season for online article writers?

@aureliah This site is not a site where you can make "a lot of money". The interaction is usually higher in the cold months, because people stay at home.

I hear that there is that time when the work flow increases and there is that time when it is low. I tend to think its high for academic writers.
