Since my 3rd Brother doesn't want to pay his share for our Water Bill, I am the one who looks for a solution in paying our Water Bill today, the reason for not staying here earlier.
My second Brother - the one has food business only give me a less amount when in fact they should have paid the half of the bill because they have his own business yet he is very hard to deal with when it comes to sharing of the bills we have.
As much as wanted these two get lost in my sight. I tried my best to calm down because I don't want to have my BP in high temperature. So I keep myself silent. I wanted to shout at them about how irresponsible they are. That I also have my share of issues.
And they have the nerve to point the fault is to me.
I wanted to cry in front of them but I still remain silent even if it pains me.
How hard is life to me?

You should definitely react to it. They are taking advantage of you, which should not be allowed.You should shout at them. Don't remain silent.It will only harm you.If you know they are doing injustice you should react to it and stop it quickly.

It's sad when the people close to us, especially family, cannot be counted on to help us when we need it the most. Have you considered moving or living by yourself? Maybe the reason why they treat you that way is because they know they can always count on you because you're just always there. Once you leave them to their own devices, maybe they will realize your worth and how they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of you in that manner.

If they don't want to pay their share, I hope they'll at least help you with other things.
You can't just give and then receive nothing, maybe you end up getting something from another source, but it would be better if things were fair and neat. 
You can't take all the fault, you're making compromises to be able to pay the bills.
