Would you want to avail free haircut in your place? Awhile ago a free hair cut and eyebrow trim was offered. So many villagers like the children, adults and seniors alike lined up to avail the free service. In my place, hair cut in barber shop cost 50 pesos or $1, but in saloon or posh shops it could cost $5 or even higher. That is lot of savings then. Male person can have 1 hair cut in 1 to 3 months. Woman can take longer time. My hair took 3 years of no hair cut. Photo is mine.

Cool free haircuts, just in time for the coming Christmas parties I would go there if I had the chance.

Yes they are volunteers who own a barber shop in the town proper. A program was held in one barangay and they offered their specialized services to help people through their scissors and comb.

@ilocosboy yes it wasn't easy to master at first but now I do it as good as any barber would. And I save 25 euros a week.

It would cost about US $40 or so for a simple male haircut in an ordinary barber here. No wonder young men here like to tie their hair up, save lots of money that way for food, rent and PC games!

Oh my, that is pricey hair cut, it is equivalent to around two thousand pesos here-- it is the cost of hair rebonding.

That's very kind of those people. Why do they do this? Just because they are kind?
