I don't know about you but this song brought tears to my eyes. Love this song.
Originally performed by Glen Campbell on his 1968 album - Wichita Lineman.
I listened to most all of Glen Campbell's songs and this song in particular, performed later on after Glen Campbell's death, August 8th, 2017, is a fitting tribute to the heart and soul of this performer, when watching the performance Live on CMA, 2017, in it's 51st year.
I was more emotional with this new Live rendition of the song, as it is performed with excellent melodic mastery and soulful depth by a female lead vocalist and other vocalists in perfect harmony.

Yes, he really was. I liked his music back then and enjoyed watching the performances at the recent CMA 2017 awards show.

This song is a favorite of mine. Not sure how or why but the first time I heard it, I was hooked.
