How About Braised Eggplant For Lunch

Why not, this is delicious. Just don't forget the best dip which is fish sauce we call bagguong with chopped tomatoes and onions. The eggplant, as you, was just boiled and peeled off the skin and then spread with the partner and bon apetit. This is good. You can eat more. Photo is mine.

He he, believe it or not in Ilocano we have that kind of recipe, we call it puki-puki (I'm sorry if it sounds like offending but that is really what we call the dish, its the eggplant friend with the egg.)

yes you will need more dish aside from this, but this could be a great dish along with other served food like fish or meat dishes.

a few days ago, i bought tortang talong (mashed eggplant like that in your picture fried in beaten egg). at home, i put it on a plate then poured lots of tomato catsup. i can't remember how it happened, but it fell flat on the floor without me even having a bite of it.

Yeah fish sauce is really salty but with the tomatoes it would be good with this stewed eggplant.
