Nov 17- What's for lunch?

I will be signing off soon. It is 1pm, time to prepare lunch for my hubby and my son. I just went to hunt the fridge, found some cabbages, onions, garlic, chicken meats and half used yellow noodles. Left over fried rice is just a handful, not enough to feed 3 of us but the noodles could.
Decided to cook Chow Mien today. I will add in curry powder and spicy paste as the seasoning. The ingredients would be the above mentioned items. I had tried cooking this Chow Mien twice but need some improvements on the seasoning. Either add soy sauce or salt, don't know, will try later.
So, what are you having for lunch today?

I have tried a new Malaysia restaurant for lunch! It was delicious! I tried beef rice with curry coconut sauce! They put the rice and the food on a banana leaf.

I haven't been eating regular meals since Mom got sick, so I don't really recall what if anything I had for lunch. Had a pizza for dinner, though.

sorry to hear that. When mom is sick, you are preoccupied with lots of tasks to do, hardly have time to sit down and think what to cook at home

I didn't have lunch I had a late breakfast and now I just had some green beans for dinner. I have a small leftover of mushroom ravioli that I will warm up.
