Being Boss and Working Without being ruled / myLot

Hey Everybody! I don't know what it is like to be ruled at work by the boss. But when I see other people under extreme tensions and the pressure, I think it would be so hard. Actually humans are born free. I would never like to work as worker instructed by the boss in person. I would rather love to work online and do the assignments in my own time-table ! I have a lot of freedom being self employed. I love freelancing. Please share your ideas how is it working under instructions of the boss!!

You are implying that it's*always* bad to have a boss. That is not the case. There are lots of reasonable bosses.

No No it is not that what I meant! Boss are everywhere! Bosses are good. But in one sense in somebody's mind, they might not be seen as friendly due to their own position at work!

There are good ones. Most of my previous bosses from when I was still in the corporate world are my friends. But there's one I really hate.

Great experiences! I actually wanted to share this one. Thanks very much! Bosses can be both loving and being hated! There is no problem working for those bosses who accept our views and considers them! But there are some who doesn't like to listen a word!

Generally, when you accept to work it implies you agreed to work under somebody's instructions or rules of the organization. No organization can pay it worker to work in his own way and damage the image of an organization. That is why the word =worker.
