Good Afternoon

I've been home for less than an hour. I left at 4:30 this morning for the pool, and went straight to shopping. Came home for about 15 minutes, long enough to put the groceries away, grab a banana, and pack up the laundry, then off to my daughter's.
I had a surprise wonderful encounter at my daughter's. My grandson stopped by for a few minutes. He wasn't expecting to see me, and we had a good few minutes before he had to leave. He's leaving for Mexico on Tuesday with his father's family. I think he said they would be gone for a week.
With laundry done, I was home for maybe half an hour while I got two letters written to two radio personalities to whom I've sent my books for a hopeful promotion. Then off to the Post Office to get them sent out. I did sign them to the people I sent them to with my signed signature.
That done, I am finally home to sit and relax, and get some work done. I let the person know that I game with that the books are on their way and he should receive them Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. He will hand deliver them, as he knows those two people personally.
So now whatever happens is in God's hands. Of course I'm hoping for good reviews and promotion from them. They're both quite famous, and also authors as well as radio show hosts.
Now, I'm getting some writing done. When I get my daily quota done, I will return and interact, hopefully I'll be able to finish all notifications before midnight. Good thing I don't go to the pool on Saturday.
I'm also eating for the first time today other than the two bananas I had before I left and the one I took with me to my daughter's. It also started raining on my way to the Post Office, and I expect that will be the case the rest of the night. A posted sign said it was 43F, so not cold enough to snow, but the UP of Michigan and parts of Canada will see snow. I know you in the path of the current storm were happy to see me write that.
With everything I knew I was doing today, I got the Daily Bible Study done before I went to the pool this morning. So this has been a packed day, today.
Okay, that's my day. When I return I will have over 45K words written. I'm currently on Chapter 16 of New Horizons.
How was your day?

I hope it goes well for your book. Fingers crossed!
I did some grocery shopping, and then this afternoon went to the painting studio this afternoon with a couple of friends. Afterwards, we had dinner at a Mexican restaurant. I was craving some fajitas!

I am tired, mostly because things are out of routine. We swim at the end of the day on Friday and that is tiring too.

Getting out of routine can be tiring in itself. I hope today is better.
