Sticky mincemeat pudding ....Christmas has begun !

We went shopping this morning ...only to two stores and both were absolutely packed. Lidl first and I found a pudding that sounded rather nice ...Sticky mincemeat pudding ....a variation on the sticky toffee pudding theme. Only £1.99 and I know it will give four decent sized portions. We will be having that tomorrow after Sunday lunch. I don't really do mince pies ...not being a lover of pastry ...and a whole mouthful of mincemeat is way too much ....I thought it being mixed in with a sponge pud would be better ... I'm hoping for the Christmas smell too ....
