How Do I Stay Motivated?

I set goals every week and write them down. Weigh myself every week. I lay out my Gym clothes every night. I have a healthy eating plan. So far I have lost 50 pounds.

You are doing excellent!! Good job. What is your goal? Earlier this year I also lost near 60. Have gained 15 back but working on losing it again. Ha. It is easy to get off track. So keep up the great work!

Buy an outfit to die for which is two sizes smaller than your present size. Then hang it where you can see it every day. Congratulations on losing 50 pounds.

Thank you! Every week I would weight in and lose weight I would go shopping for something new to wear! This helped me to stay on track.

Wow.Thats a really good habit.Writing down our short term and long term goals and keeping track of them everyday helps us stay motivated........
