Good morning everyone! It is 6am in the morning. The school bus had just picked up my son to school. Everyone in the household is still asleep except me. I decided to do some chores right now since I can't fall asleep now. I think I will take a nap later. Today is laundry day. Had just put in a load of basket of dirty laundry plus a bedsheet and some pillow cases into the washer. Honestly, it is way too early for morning laundry washing because my neighbor starts washing at 7.30am Anyway, I wanted the laundry to dry up before it starts to rain again. Weather forecast indicated that there will be a thunderstorm in the afternoon, not again ! AM having a cup of hot Horlicks with nothing else while Mylotting as I await the washer to finish the washing trip. So, when is your laundry day? What time do you start washing the laundry? My photo

Good morning to you! I always forgot kids in your state go to school on Sundays. Everyday is my laundry day, sometimes I even have to do two loads of laundry a day, with three young kids at home, including a toddler and his cloth diapers. I don't have a specific time to wash the laundry, it depends whenever I am available. It can be as early as 6am, or as late as 9pm. I try not to do it in the middle of the night, as I am afraid it might disturb the neighbors. But usually I do it during day time, as early morning is my Me-Time, and I try not to do any housework during these few precious hours.

I really admire moms who use cloth diapers for their kids. That must have added another extra pile for you to wash!

If I am not mistaken, the place where peachpurple stays is having rest day on Fridays and Saturdays, instead of Saturdays and Sundays. It allows the Muslims to do their prayers on Fridays more peacefully.

I am having my coffee while my son is doing cyber school. It is snowing outside lightly. I can't start laundry until after my sons live classes as it makes it to noisy for him to hear the teacher.

@peachpurple Instead of going to a public school building he does his school over a computer. The first part of the day until noon is live classes with other students and a teacher. After that is homework for a few hours.

We don't have a laundry day. Whenever there's a full load of clothes to wash, that's when it gets done.
