Warning sign for my health?

I haven't been feeling completely well since July. First, I had skin allergic issue that caused me itchy for two months. When I was recovering from the itchiness, I got a bad cough that last for more than a month. Perhaps because of coughing too badly, my chest muscle is so painful that I feel the pain even when I deep breathe. On and off, I twisted my feet or wrist easily and had stomachache with vomiting too.
I planned to exercise daily in these three months, but I didn't make it as I still couldn't jog due to my muscle pain. 45 days have passed, and I didn't follow my plan at all.
Perhaps it's a warning sign to me, not only physical but also mental health. Perhaps my body is telling me to slow down, go stress free, be calm and patient, be relax, and just breathe and live. I know my emotion affects my physical health very much, and my body is showing an alert sign now as she can't take it anymore. It's time to live my life.
Are you feeling well today? What's your plan for making yourself healthy?

I agree with you!! Yoga & meditation are two major things I wanted to do consistently this year but I didn't. I believe they will help me much, and I find practicing yoga will help me to reduce the stress too. I will have to commit to practice them daily, or at least a few times a week.

I decided some time ago that I would not ask my body more than what it gives. So I don´t get stressed if I don´t plan on it.

Sorry to hear about your health. I hope you wouldn't be too stressed about not sticking to your initial plan, it's probably better to wait until your body recovers. Are you eating well?

Thanks. Yes, I am trying not to stress myself so much and let go of doing all the things in my plate, but just be relax and enjoy the life or current moment.
I think I am eating fine. Stress has always been affecting my physical health badly since I was young, I thought I'd be fine since I became a stay-at-home mom, but not really.

I visited the doctor for my cough issue and now it's considered settled, but for muscle pain, I will try to let it heal naturally. I did consult the doctor and she advised me to not carry my baby so much, but it's not possible for me.
Let's get moving together!!

Be kind and gentle to yourself about not following your plan. Perhaps there is a bigger plan you do not know about. I am sick right now, I have pneumonia. Yes, when our body feels too much stress we do get sick. Look into some herbal cough remedies if you can. I use the leaves of a plant called thyme and make it into a tea to drink. I do not know if you have it. I am pretty certain you have ginger and tea made from it will help with the cough.
