Can Bluewhale Game really killing people?

Since last 3 months I am reading in news paper and television, that adult ( mostly young age ) people are committing suicide and they are being forced to do so by a blue whale game administrator? Is it really possible, that by involving your self in a game and follow the instruction of admin till you die. Even I read many stories why the admin doing so, but still it is unbelievable to me and some of case them is far away from blue whale but the media presenting and connecting with them with this game. What is your views about the Game administrator and the guys who commit suicide?
