Got some unripe mangos from my mango tree. I will make mango salad with them. For making the mango salad, I just need to peel the mango, cut it into thin sticks, and add the sauce. The sauce is made from salt, palm sugar, and chili. Do you eat unripe mango? How do you eat it? The picture is mine

@silvermist I see. When I was a kid I could eat raw sour mangoes again and again, even everyday. But now I can eat some bites only, once a week.

Wow. That's interesting. We never cook unripe mango here. We just eat it fresh with sauce which I've mentioned above, or with salt and smashed chili.

Yes, it is. But the sour taste can be neutralized by the sweet sauce. You should learn to eat such food from now on.

Wanna try? It taste good. The unripe mango is crunchy and fresh sour, with the sweet and spicy taste of the sauce, they make a good combination.

I tried to have the green mango with plum powder when we travelled to Thailand and I really liked the taste. So today sometimes I like buying green mangoes on purpose so that we can mix it with plum powder. I really like to eat it.
