The piece of news is that from Dec 1st 2017 Bulgarians and Romanians could enter free to Canada without any visas. Although it was accepted controversially I think that it was a positive step. Some Bulgarians tried in the past to immigrate or simply enter this country and were rejected. I don't want to insult Canadians but the Canada immigration policy wasn't adequate in some cases in the past. It resembled bingo and lotto games with strange conclusions and requirements about the immigrants' applications. Now - new chances for everybody anyway! Canadian immigration officers were nasty sometimes. I wish you a nice Sunday!
