Wind Chimes and Swinging Birdhouse

Good morning/afternoon or evening to all my friends here.
Gosh we have such winds this morning that I almost feel as if I'll wind up in Oz. As I sit here at my computer I can see the birdhouse that's hanging on my neighbors tree and it's swinging like crazy. I hope it doesn't blow off the tree and that he has it secured tightly. Along with the swinging birdhouse and blowing trees I can hear all the wind chimes in the neighborhood including my own. I never expected such winds here today.
I've been looking for a new show to watch on Netflix and I like series that have lots of episodes. I recently started watching Once Upon a Time and am hooked. It's nothing like what I thought it would be like and am sorry I didn't watch it long before this.
One of the items I had listed on Ebay sold and the buyer wants priority mail shipping so tomorrow I'll be heading to the post office. I'm happy that this will give me a little extra money to put toward my Christmas shopping. I bought one gift for one of my grandsons last night (online) and I'm hoping to get some other things purchased today. I'm finding that there are some good bargains online pre Black Friday.
Now it's time to take the dogs out and I'm sure with the wind they will be in and out quickly.

I really need to start selling on ebay. My sister sold a lego set that used to belong to my nephews for 1,000! I am sure they didn't pay more than a couple of hundred for it initially. We have the winds too..but I think it was a bit more windy yesterday.

@Marilynda1225 Yeah, she did the few times I tried to sell things on there I wasn't able to. I have sold quite a few things on offer up and Let Go though. Maybe I will try to sell this Joy of Cooking Cookbook on ebay..Except it is pretty heavy not sure it would be worth mailing.. I guess I should say local pick up only.

Wow your sister made quite a score on that Lego set. I find that Ebay is hit or miss and I don't do it all the time. My criteria is nothing too big for me to carry to the post office.

Its breezy here today too.
And its gotten quite cold, colder then it was initially this morning.
Its cold enough that I just made my first batch of peanut brittle for the pre-Christmas season.
It has to be cold to put it outside to let it cool off, if I put it into the deep freezer the steam creates condensation and it comes out gooey and not brittle. So, now I plan on making up a couple more batches.

If I remember correctly you made peanut brittle last year and posted pictures. I never attempted to make it but I do like to eat it

Glad to hear about your eBay sale, always nice to have extra money for shopping. I hope the wind doesn't send you and the dogs all the way to Oz though!

We are having strong winds here too and heavy rain. It is a good day to stay inside. Congrats on the sale. Any extra money is nice to have this time of year.

So far no snow in the forecast and I'm hoping it holds off for awhile longer.
