Favorite "Dream" Songs #4 - "Dreamboat Annie"

The theme of this particular music series is a basic one: songs with "dream" in the title. We are at #4, with a song that is a fairly obvious choice: "Dreamboat Annie" by Heart.
The title track of Heart's 1975 (released in 1976 in the US) debut album, there are three versions of "Dreamboat Annie " on that record. While it was originally the B-Side of "Crazy on You," it was released as a single in it's own right, with the acoustic opener to "Crazy on You" attached to the beginning. Oddly, this particular version does not appear on any Heart album.
That single peaked at #42 on the Billboard Hot 100, and reached #2 in France. It also crossed over to Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart, hitting #17.

An obvious choice, yes, but I couldn't NOT use it. It's just too good.

I’m not a Heart fan, but I LOVE this song. In fact, I posted it for my brother (he’s a big Heart fan) for his birthday last week. Excellent choice!!!
