Have you ever donated blood?

Are you part of this team? Giving blood is one of the most laudable attitudes that a human being can have toward another person. I mean, it's to help someone you usually don't even know with a "piece" of yours.

I am O negative so I donate as much as I can. I have been giving since I was 14 and in high school. I would like to give doubles but I don't meet the requirements for it through the American Red Cross.

I can't donate blood as I have a blood disorder. Unfortunately, I am on the "receiver" line . But I am so thankful for the people who give. I can only give money in terms of helping.

Hmmm, I plan to donate blood but one of my friends told me it is harmful to the health.
