Well...it's Monday and I caught a cold somehow

Not only that, but the heavy rain caused the cancellation of filming that RV canopy commercial I was going to be in this morning! That will happen now in early December. It may be just as well though, because I had a speaking line in this one and my voice is way beyond froggy today.
One more piece of news, but no surprise, is that leaves have once more covered the lawn. I was feeling good about mowing them into submission on Friday, but now they have blown in great heaps again. They can wait until I feel better.
All that being said, I am reminded of a favorite Jimmy Buffett song called "Thank My Lucky Stars" that I am trying to learn to play. It is a good song to think about on a day like this.

Thank you! I need to be better by Thursday since we are driving to Portland to have Thanksgiving with my daughter. It has been years since I had a cold.
