Today I'm thankful for dates. Because no matter how old you are or how long you've been together I think it's nice to go out and do stuff just the two of you. Whether it be fun like bowling, a sports game, mini golf and paint night, or a nice romantic dinner and or movie.. Can even have a home date with a meal and movie.. Or a game night. Plus dates make most women feel even more special. And they just help keep things going. - One of my favorite dates would have to be when my fiancé took me to the Providence Place Mall in Rhode Island, to have Sbarro's pizza and Ben and Jerry's cookie dough ice cream before going to Dave & Busters to play games Photo is mine. Made using paint on my laptop.

Definitely. Just a little effort and a regular dinner for two can be turned into a fun and or romantic dinner for two.

I haven't been out with my hubby for a long time, the most is breakfast at the roadside stall.

Yes that is true. I love having date night every now and then. We recently just had dinner at dave and busters and played some games after it was a great night. We try to do date night atleast once a month.

My favourite date would be to go in a ride and have a candle night dinner.

Dates are definitely a fun way for couples to do things together. And no matter how long someone's been in a relationship, it's still nice (and special) to take your significant other out on a date.

@Courtlynn that's about the time complacency sets in. It seems to be a natural progression of a relationship unless you work to not let it happen. That's why they say relationships are hard...you have to actually put in effort to make them work. Otherwise, you get too complacent and comfortable with the person and you stop trying to work hard for their love and attention.

Yesss! People get so lazy once with someone for like 6-12 months that they stop doing what got them the person in the first place. Dont get it

Your date to the mall sounds like fun. We still date and we've been married 51 years! Sometimes we go out to eat, but usually it's a date night at home.
