Do you plan on traveling for Thanksgiving?

I plan to go a short distance just to meet up with son and a friend. Traffic I find is not too bad on the day of..it is the days leading up to Thanksiving where you might get into traffic. I might have to be in tomorrow..but hopefully it will not be too bad. Home or away for you?

I'll be traveling a half hour away on thanksgiving to go to my sisters, traffic shouldn't be 2 bad. We don't have to be to her house til 2 anyways so that helps

@Blondie2222 My trip is about 80 miles..he wants to meet later in the day, so hopefully most will be at their desitnation already

My mom and I will have to travel. It is going to be treacherous, dangerous, it may even be deadly, I have no idea if we will survive the travel...We are going next door to my grandmother's haha! I mean, just going inside is lethal...to the self esteem.

@LadyDuck I once flew to my inlaws on the day before Tgiving. I was terrified I wasn't going to get to the airport on time. I also had a cold..so I was in total pain during my flight, due to take offs and landings. I felt like screaming. Then when I arrived..I was deaf for hours..

@snowy22315 We had once an International flight the day after Christmas, the worst nightmare of my life. It took 36 hours to reach destination.

@snowy22315 only good thing about it was it was a very nice hotel, just 8 minute walk from tbe stadium, and the burgers and fries the hotel made were AMAZING!
