Stop Texting Me!

My doctor office has a nurse shortage so the male nurse that does the e-scripts sent them to the wrong publix.......and.....and... I got texts, not one but one for each item I take, even vitamins to aspirin, telling me to come get my prescriptions. I talked to them Friday and told them I do not need these meds filled yet, I just got them filled. Okay they said. Everyday I got all these texts although I said I did not want the medications. Today I went to my pharmacy and asked to to call and get the script from them, they said okay. I called the publix I DO go to and asked them to pull the metformin and they said okay. I then called the Publix that has been text harassing me and told them I do not use that place and I do not want them to fill anything, I want them to stop texting me and using up my prepaid minutes, that is 16 minutes used up for no good reason. And this is where the woman got nasty with me and told me it was my doctor that sent the scripts there and not their fault, I agreed but told them they do not have to text me everyday after I call and tell them I do not want it. This got her really pissy and she talked with gritted teeth, you will not get another text, not a call, not any mail from us EVER again. I said nicely " Thank you" I have never asked for a call to tell me my meds are filled, I call them in and pick them up, plus I do not fill vitamins or aspirin at a pharmacy.
