My husband laying in bed with our youngest curled up to him. He looks over at me and says "do you know what I want right now?" I answer back without thinking, "for me to bake you some chocolate chip cookies?" He looked me in amazement and told me to get out of his head. Lol... it's not hard to tell some times what he wants. Of course now I'm down stairs baking cookies. They look yummy! I accidentally dropped one in the stove and had to fish it out without getting burned. I found away thanks to some cooking tongs. Still made the house smell like burnt cookies but it won't start a fire since I got it out. While waiting I even put a some clothes on to wash, started the dish washer and of course writing here on mylot.

My husband loves my chocolate chip cookies. His preference is softer cookies so I make them soft just for him.

Thanks!! I baked them a bit to long so they where crunchy vs soft but that’s okay he ate his share

It is definitely that time of year that cookies are such a great thing. My mother used to make all kinds of cookies at Christmas but it has been years since she's done that.

My husband grandmother makes cookies all year around. She has chocolate chip and butter scotch cookies at thanks giving. I like her chocolate chip cookies

I love cookies very much, I like butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies a lot. They are my favorite. I have never made cookies at home but I would like to try making it some day.
