Group Post Block On Facebook

Group posting block for 7 days, last month face the same problem when I was trying to post to promote in several groups.
This is my 2nd time 1 week block, facebook claim my post was spam but i don't think those are. But would be I have done spam post by mistake.
Did you ever experience it?

No, I do not promote anything on groups. I have not faced any such situation.

@SHOHANA FB has a mechanism to check unwanted activities. May be their system did not find you a genuine contributor in the group, even if you were.

I didn't know Facebook will block people from spamming. I don't have such experience, as I don't always post in Facebook groups. Even when I post, I just make a personal comment. Perhaps you can check with Facebook how you define "spam post", and why they think yours is.

I hardly even post in FB groups, but I'm guessing maybe there were certain criteria that caused your post to be marked as spam.
