Holiday Spirit.

I am in the mood/ spirit. Last year was bad but this year I am going all out, decor and food and try with the gifts.

I am not in the Christmas spirit, but not because I am a Grinch, my Mom had a stroke and we fear for her life now.

Last year was good but some personal situations happens but this year is great and I hope your mood will change too!

I'm kind of wishy washy this year. Nice to have this new contentment feeling that has come over me. I think it is due to the added meds I am taking.

I, too, am hoping my mood will change. This medical stuff probably does have something to do with my mood, also. I have an issue I need to check out. But I couldn't get into the doctor's office until January 2. If it becomes emergent, of course I will go to the urgent care or walk-in clinic or something. What's weird is how the doctor's offices here are working now. I went to this doctor's office for years and years and I already trust the doc and nurse practitioner. But I hadn't been there in over five years. Apparently they dumped me off their "system" so I have to start over with the paperwork. They're acting like I'm a new patient. They get people in sooner if they are already on "the system". How you're feeling has nothing to do with it, lol. The laugh is ironic. It's just so different from the way doctor's offices used to operate. But I'm told all of them in this area operate like that. Then lots of times if you're sick, they tell you to go to urgent care. It's like they are only seeing people having their regular check up or something. ANYWAY, I turned that into something else. Sorry, LOL! I'm not in the usual merry Christmas mood. And I do love Christmas. I was sent some Amazon wishlists, which is helpful. But my niece's had nothing on it, haha. I think she sent me an old one or she forgot to start it or something. I have to check with her. I hope your surgery goes well and your Christmas is merry and bright after all. And good luck with the gifting!

I do not get into the holiday spirit until at least December. My daughter wants to decorate for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving.

don't worry, everything will work out by itself i am not feeling the christmas spirit yet since i am busy with work stuff

I think I missed something here. I didn't know you were going in the hospital for surgery. I hope you'll be home and in the holiday spirit in plenty of time to enjoy Christmas. I'm not a bah humbug. Christmas is my favorite holiday. I haven't started shopping yet, but my tree is up, just need to decorate it.

My Christmas spirit is intact and happily shining through. I have been watching some Christmas movies and finishing up the decorating of my gifts.

I am always bah humbug. Not a favorite time of year. I do watch Christmas movies though.
