A simple healthy snack

I have been in the mood to bake lately. I have no idea why. Considering I am on a diet to lose 30 pounds I cannot be baking sweets. But I have this terrible sweet tooth! Ugh! Today I had some apples that had been untouched and so I chopped them up, put some cinnamon and a little bit of zero calorie sweetner on them, and threw em in the oven for about 30 minutes. Not exactly crazy intricate, but it makes for a nice little sweet treat anyhow. I used tin foil as well so I could avoid using grease. Do you ever do this? Or have any other healthier sweet baked treats to suggest?

I think to have it once a while is okay.We won't have it daily. If we have daily then it would be a problem. We can have sweets once a while, there is no problem at all.We all have cravings for sweets. But we must make healthier sweet which reduces calorie intake.
