When bad things come.

Last night I was having a severe stomach ache and I thought I will be sent to the Hospital. Yesterday afternoon, after the Dialogue in our Barangay, I feel the pain already. I thought maybe because I haven't got my breakfast. And after the Dialogue, together with my Aunt and my Father, we went to dine in some eatery near our place for lunch. I think I ate too much.
I got home and I still feel the pain. Then I needed to go to the CR. I feel relieved at one time. Then later on after having some snack. I feel the pain again and this time it's very harsh. And I feel like going to the CR so I went again. Then last night, after having my dinner, there it goes the pain again this time. I feel so weak. So I took Loperamide two capsule. I waited for its effects.
I thought it was over. There is no pain in my stomach but I feel my bones inside are having a commotion. I was chilling inside. I prayed for it to stop.
Then the next thing I know, I fall asleep. And it is morning now.
Have you experienced this kind of pain?

Yes, and the worst thing is when you are traveling. Don't know what to do.

i manage LBM by letting all the toxins out but i have to do the volume per volume replacement. what goes out must come in. oftentimes, i don't take anti-diarrheal medicines but just water.

The worst pain I had ever felt was when my back acted up. I was completely immobilised. I couldn't stand up and it was so horrible not being able to move. I went to the doctor and he gave me an injection and muscle relaxants and painkillers. I still have the occasional back pain when I get up in the morning. I hope your pain isn't serious.

Could it be food poisoning? I hope the pain subsides but if it doesn't maybe you should go to the doctor.
