Do you eat dessert before dinner?

Some people don’t mind. They would eat a dessert before dinner. Not only that I find that unhealthy but it’s also an appetite killer for me. If I ate something sweet before dinner I would probably delay my dinner. Nutritionists advice not to eat something with lots of sugar before dinner. A fruit dessert however is fine.

@dpk262006 there are times that i arrive home hungry and looking for something to eat. And if there is nothing to eat except a sweet and delicious dessert, I could not help myself but eat it while waiting for the dinner to be cooked or served.
I normally don't but last Saturday evening I did with my friends. So after shopping we wen't to this store that serves a very delicious crepe. We did plan to have dinner but it was already 9:30 and that store closes at 10. But the lamb restaurant closes at 3am in the morning. So we had the crepe first and then dinner later. We had dinner around midnight.

Well, for one thing, it’s full of sugar. For another, it could be an appetite killer. So your body would consume less healthy food. However , some studies I read about suggest eating a BIT of sweets before the main meal because, as they claim, it keeps appetite in check. I however do not agree with it.
