Feeling Grounded

Feeling Grounded By feeling grounded, I mean feeling present in your body. Having your feet firmly on this Earth (metaphorically). Feeling centered. A lot of people say that meditation helps them with this. For me, something that has helped me achieve this in the past is taking creatine. Meditation does not help. Meditation helps with other things, but not the sensation I describe as feeling grounded. Feeling grounded can help make better decisions. You act from a position of personal power. You can take blows from an enemy and stand your ground. When you are not grounded, you drift wherever the wind hits you. Have you found anything that increases or decreases your ability to feel grounded?
