Noodle or Woggle?

Interesting how people who speak the same language can name an object by different names. This is the case with pool noodle or woggle. For those who don’t know what that is, it’s a noodle-shaped floating device used for learning how to swim, playing in the pool and aqua exercising. In the US and Canada it is widely known as a noodle. Whereas in Australia they call it a woggle. I don’t know how they call it in Britain and New Zealand though. In Belgium, it is named after French fries because that is also how they are shaped. Do you know how it is called in your country?

Actually as you can see in the picture the kids like to chew it. No matter how much you ask them not to

I had an Australian family in my swimming lessons and they called it woggle. In fact they were surprised I call them noodles. They said in Australia it's called woggle instead.
