Thanksgiving morning workout

My gym is having an 8am Friends and Family workout tomorrow morning. Last year I didn't go because I was intimidated by the idea of going to such a huge training session. There were 75 people there! All you have to do is bring a canned good to be donated to the local food pantry and you're in.
This year my sister and I are going to go. I'm not hosting Thanksgiving dinner so I will have plenty of time to do the one thing I have to do--make the mashed potatoes. I tried to convince my husband to come along with us but he needs both a shoulder and a hip replacement (at the ripe old age of 40) so he said no way. Oh well, I tried.
