Breakfast for Dinner

Tonight we are having breakfast for dinner. I asked my dad while I was still at school if we could have sausage and gravy biscuits for breakfast one morning. Since I am a daddy's girl and I am not home a lot anymore he tries to give me what I ask for especially with food since the college's food sucks. Well, he will have to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning so he won't be able to make them for me so we are having it for dinner instead. I am not much of a breakfast eater but when I do want it I normally like it better for dinner.
So tonight we are having:
Sausage & Gravy biscuits
scrambled eggs
some kind of potatoes my mom picked out
bacon
regular sausage
orange juice/milk
I am very much looking forward to this dinner. Sausage and gravy biscuits are my favorite breakfast food.

Yum that sounds really good. I just had leftovers. Breakfast for dinner is always one of my favorite meals. Enjoy!!

@CaseyRoss9966 , Well, I know that Micky D's makes breakfast 24/7 but compared to their silly little egg mac muffins, our Grands with sausages were gigantic compared to them little things.

@lookatdesktop I think McDonald's all-day breakfast sucks. They only have like 6 items where I live and they aren't even items people would want all day.

That sounds lovely. I normally have a sausage and egg biscuits while at school and hash browns with some kind of fruit. He cooks all the stuff I listed above and even more on Christmas morning for all of us.

My mom usually surprises us when we go home from work lol. It can vary from tacos, enchiladas, chicken soup, etc. There times where she's tired from her chores and orders pizza or takes me to order a burger but lately we've been waiting for 3 months since I got on this no fast food nor junk. Sometimes, we would come home still full from lunch that we only eat small meals like fruits or just a quesadilla. The only breakfast meal I eat for dinner at nights is cereals lol. Hehe if I try to ask my mom to cook me a meal, she'll be like what do you think this is a restaurant? Hurry and eat your meal lol. My favorite breakfast is french toast hehe.

@CaseyRoss9966 It was, except for the cumin, that made the turkey a bit spicy. Me too! Real easy to make for 3 hours on high or 6 on low. It's not bad. You can add tortilla strips, sour cream, etc., on top. I'll be happy to share you the recipe link.

That soup sounds great. I have been seeing recipes for it on Pinterest and have been thinking of trying to make it. Is it good and difficult to make? I love french toast some mornings as well.

Have never had sausage and gravy biscuits so can't comment on that, but all the rest sounds awesome!!!

Nothing wrong with that. Funny thing, We had Grands biscuits with Jimmy Dean sausage patties and cream pepper gravy with butter and I filled up on them. For breakfast, though.

@CaseyRoss9966 , That is good. I love hot buttermilk biscuits, but prefer them immediately after they come out of the oven because I like the flavor of the melting butter and their nice aroma. Both canned, Grands or their generic equals or in many cases, hot and made from scratch, which is a special treat when my wife feels up to doing that.

The best about having it for dinner last night is that there was enough gravy left over for biscuits and gravy this morning as well and we made more eggs.
