watching carnival accidents

i just look up in youtube some carnival accidents and they range from funny to scary. I am really fond of carnival rides, but this video made me hesitate a bit.
I also heard about some accidents that caused people's deaths.

The only rides I've rode to in my life time were in the Star City and Enchanted Kingdom.
SO far the roller coasters that I've checked there were safe.
