Back from the gym!

Today's workout was a little crazy as I expected it to be. There were almost 100 people who showed up to train. There were 8 stations and you worked for a minute at each of them. Then you had a minute to recover and move to the next one. This is what we did: 1) Band overhead press 2) Sandbag loaded squats 3) Reverse slider lunges 4) TRX rows or pull ups 5) Bear crawl 6) Push ups 7) Sandbag carry 8) Double kettlebell farmer carry The finisher was to run around the building 4 times. I didn't get to station 8 because I felt extremely lightheaded after the sandbag carry. It certainly wasn't because the workout was super strenuous or anything. I think it was because I started a new medication this morning before I worked out and I didn't have anything to eat with it. I sat down for awhile, drank some water, had an icepack on my neck, and eventually felt well enough to drive myself the half hour home. I feel fine now. Lesson learned. Next workout is tomorrow morning at 8 am.

I didn't know gyms were open on Thanksgiving. I guess people work off those calories in advance.

yes your place is open.Our is closed for the day.To give employees time with family. The workout sound great there.

People wanted to work out so they don't feel so guilty about all the food they are going to consume in honor of Thanksgiving!! Good job!!
