Happy Thanksgiving!

I want to wish all of my American Mylotter friends a Happy Thanksgiving today and to enjoy this weekend. Though I'll be celebrating mine on mid-Sunday afternoon, a few hours after I return from church, I'm so grateful to have met you all as my friends--even my friends from outside of USA.
Since I'm taking a lazy day today to relax and read and nap, I'm going to enjoy being home alone. I just had my Thanksgiving brunch just now--3 turkey bacon, 2 turkey sausages, hash browns, 2 sunny-side up eggs, and orange juice to drink. It's delicious and filling until dinner...which would be 2 spaghetti squash pizza boats with salad, a strawberry smoothie, and if I have room, strawberry ice cream for dessert. (I'll be saving one for leftovers.)
The rest of my holiday plans are going to the gym tomorrow, to have a lazy day on Saturday, and church and a belated Thanksgiving dinner at my brother's house on Sunday.

I had to give my ex a ride from his house to where he left it at a bar last night. I wasn’t thrilled to have to help him but anyway that was how my day started. Lots of relaxing today and dinner at my moms house for thanksgiving dinner.

I told my dad about this meal last night on the phone. He wants the recipe to this easy dish. He gave me tips on how to cook it faster.
